1. stop viewing porn. this includes women's breasts and soft porn on tv. for example viewing a bikini model is a good way to cause you to start wanking again.





2. keep your day busy.





3. be around the right people who are going to support you stopping wanking. accountablilty helps you because of your lack of self control you cannot do it alone.

well, even if you find a partner, it is a sin to have sex without the intent to procreate so you are screwed
get a life, so that ur always out in public and dont have the place or time to masterbate. (';get a life'; was not meant to be rude) =]
i really don't know why you want to quiet but it is healthy and perfectly normal. a survy proved that 99% teenaged male masturbate and continue through there life. Well i really dont know how but in biblical i dont see anything bad.
